Dan Crenshaw, Navy SEAL Mocked by ‘SNL,’ Wins Big in Texas

Dan Crenshaw, the retired Navy SEAL mocked by Saturday Night Live for wearing an eye patch, beat his Democrat rival by eight points in Texas’s Second Congressional District. The retired lieutenant commander, who served five overseas deployments, two after an IED blast in Afghanistan robbed him of sight in his right eye, replaces retiring Republican Ted Poe. President Trump won that district by 9.3 points in 2016, which means Crenshaw did better than many in the GOP, as some saw big declines compared to 2016. During the weekend, Crenshaw became a household name after performer Nick Davidson mocked his war wound on NBC’s Saturday Night Live. During a Weekend Update segment on the left-wing show, Davidson showed the audience a photo of Crenshaw wearing his eye patch and said he looked like a “hitman in a porno movie,” adding, “I’m sorry, I know he lost his eye in war, or whatever.” The backlash was immediate. Crenshaw was praised for his measured response. In a tweet, he said, “I try hard not to offend; I try harder not to be offended. That being said, I hope @nbcsnl recognizes that vets don’t deserve to see their wounds used as punchlines for bad jokes.” He later asked for Saturday Night Live to donate $1 million to veterans groups. So far, NBC has had no comment on the offer.

Shame on SNL for their brazen mockery and disrespect of this great veteran for his war injury.  That’s beyond disgraceful.  Shame on NBC for not issuing an immediate apology.  In addition, they should fire Nick Davidson immediately.  What a nauseating tool..  That said..  How great is it that Dan has the last laugh?!?   Congrats to Dan on his victory last night in the great state of Texas!  And we thank him for his service and personal sacrifice as a former Navy SEAL.   Outstanding!!      🙂

Latino PAC offers $5K to activists who shout ‘Trump is a racist’ during SNL appearance

A Latino rights PAC is offering $5,000 to activists who disrupt Donald Trump during his appearance this weekend on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.” Deport Racism will pay the “bounty” to anyone on the show’s set or in the studio audience who will disrupt the live TV broadcast with the words “deport racism” or “Trump is a racist,” the group said in a Wednesday press release. “NBC’s refusal to drop Trump has put us in the position of dropping $5,000 of cold hard cash to anyone who will yell out ‘Trump is a racist’ during the live broadcast of ‘Saturday Night Live,’” Santiago Cejudo, an organizer with the group, said in a statement. “We’re hoping the $5,000 will help people on set or in the studio audience find the bravery to speak out loudly and help focus the national conversation on that we need to deport racism, not people. It’s 2016, and Trump needs to hear that you can’t win the White House without the brown vote.” The PAC also released a video featuring young children delivering a profanity-laced tirade against Mr. Trump. “F– you, racist f–,” one little boy says in the video with his middle finger raised. “Racist d–,” a little girl says. “If you don’t like our Constitution and what it stands for, get the f– out of my country. There’s the door,” the children say. The video’s director, Luke Montgomery, said in a statement: “Calling American-born children who are U.S. citizens ‘anchor babies” and threatening to tear up the Constitution to strip these citizens of their rights is offensive language. Which is why the adorable and articulate Latino kids in the video fight back with some comedically offensive language of their own, F-bombing Trump’s racism. They are using bad words for a good cause.” Deport Racism describes itself as a strategic democratic effort to “move, motivate and inspire younger voters to fight back against anti-Latino racism and xenophobia in the 2016 election.”

Typical liberals.. They’re all for free speech…until its speech they don’t approve of. Then, they want to shout you down, and pay others to do the same. What a bunch of losers!

SNL Does Its Own Hillary Announcement

NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” previewed Hillary Clinton’s upcoming presidential announcement in their cold open. First, one of Hillary’s assistants suggests Hillary should tape her announcement video on her phone so it would be “more personal and intimate.” First, one of Hillary’s assistants suggests Hillary should tape her announcement video on her phone so it would be “more personal and intimate.” Hillary then, on her first take, menacingly says “citizens, you will elect me, I will be your leader.” After Hillary’s assistant suggests she should avoid referring to herself, Hillary then declares “’tis I Hillary Clinton.” The aide suggests a re-take, which isn’t a problem, because they can just delete the previous takes off her phone, which Hillary says she knows a thing or two about. After Hillary says she wants to advocate for “women everywhere,” Bill Clinton walks over and says “did someone say ‘women everywhere?’” He later adds that if phones could have shot videos back in the ’90s “I’d be in jail.” Hillary responds to this by joking, “aren’t we such a fun, approachable dynasty?”

This is probably a more honest, accurate, Hillary for Prez announcement..   So, we figured, we’d post this SNL version.  Click on the text above to watch the video.

SNL Mocks CNN’s News Coverage

NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” mocked CNN for their over-reliance on graphics and obsession with plane crashes. In the sketch CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin says “you’re watching the loose collection of daytime nonsense we call ‘the CNN Newsroom.’ That means you’re either sitting in an airport, or you’re at home flipping through the channels and you’ve had a small stroke.” They then switch the story that has been their top story for the last eleven days, the Germanwings plane crash, which they illustrate with poorly done graphics (that they admitted were done by the same people who did the music video for Dire Straits’ “Money for Nothing”) of someone trying to open a door, and an illustration of the other pilot going to the bathroom. The network then reluctantly transitions to the negotiations with Iran in Switzerland, which is illustrated with puppets representing the negotiators. Similarly, they cover the controversy over Indiana’s RFRA law, which is illustrated by a dance group depicting a baker turning away gay customers. CNN brings its own Don Lemon to comment, but all he can say is “black people need to pull up their pants.”

You KNOW its bad when SNL is beating up a breathtakingly boring liberal media outlet like CNN.  I’d rather watch grass grow than watch CNN..  Anyway, this is a pretty funny video.  Check it out!    🙂

SNL Mocks Hillary’s Presidential Ambitions

NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” made fun of Hillary Clinton’s overt presidential ambitions. Hillary begins by stating, “I used a personal [e-mail], leading many to believe I was hiding scandalous or incriminating e-mails. And to those people I’d like to say ‘nice try.’ Those e-mails are clean as a whistle. This is not how Hillary Clinton goes down. I meanm what did you think my e-mail said? ‘hi, it’s Hillary, I really screwed up on Benghazi today.’ Please. I wasn’t born yesterday.” She continues, “I was born 67 years ago, and I have been planning on being president ever since. There will be no mistakes in my rise to the top” before issuing the caveat that this only holds if she decides to run. Hillary even reads multiple e-mails she sent, one where a friend asks her if she wants to see a movie and she replies “I want to see myself as President of the United States of America.” In another, she writes “Dear Sir or Madam, Congratulations on your continued marital success. I would like to schedule a sitdown at your earliest convenience. Regards, the Office of Hillary Clinton” to Bill on their anniversary.

Excellent!!     🙂

SNL Mocks Seahawks in Pre-Super Bowl Show

NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” took a jab at the Seattle Seahawks one week after making fun of the New England Patriots for “Deflategate.”In the sketch, Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman and running back Marshawn Lynch host a Super Bowl preview show. Lynch initially refuses to answer even basic questions. Sherman then turns to the Seahawks fans who say they’ve been fans “since the beginning, of 2013.”

This is a pretty funny video.   🙂
