White liberals ‘patronize’ minorities: study

White liberals present themselves as less competent when addressing minorities, while conservatives use the same vocabulary no matter what the race of their audience, according to a newly released study. Yale and Princeton researchers found that both white Democratic presidential candidates and self-identified liberals played down their competence when speaking to minorities, using fewer words that conveyed accomplishment and more words that expressed warmth. On the other hand, there were no significant differences in how white conservatives, including Republican presidential candidates, spoke to white versus minority audiences. “White liberals self-present less competence to minorities than to other Whites—that is, they patronize minorities stereotyped as lower status and less competent,” according to the study’s abstract. Cydney Dupree, Yale School of Management assistant professor of organizational behavior, said she was surprised by the findings of the study, which sought to discover how “well-intentioned whites” interact with minorities. “It was kind of an unpleasant surprise to see this subtle but persistent effect,” Ms. Dupree said. “Even if it’s ultimately well-intentioned, it could be seen as patronizing.” The study flies in the face of a standard talking point of the political left—that white conservatives are racist—while raising questions about whether liberals are perpetuating racial stereotypes about blacks being less competent than whites. The paper, which is slated for publication in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, first examined speeches by Republican and Democratic presidential candidates to mostly white and mostly minority audiences dating back 25 years. Ms. Dupree and Princeton’s Susan Fiske analyzed the text for “words related to competence,” such as “assertive” and “competitive,” and “words related to warmth,” such as “supportive” and “compassionate.” “The team found that Democratic candidates used fewer competence-related words in speeches delivered to mostly minority audiences than they did in speeches delivered to mostly white audiences,” said the Yale press release. “The difference wasn’t statistically significant in speeches by Republican candidates.”

Just pause and let that all sink in..  We have a bunch of liberal professors from 2 spectacularly liberal elitist institutions of higher learning do a study, and their saddened to learn through their arduous research something the rest of America has known for years; that white liberals patronize minorities.  Imagine that!     🙂

South Africa begins seizing white-owned farms

The South African government has begun the process of seizing land from white farmers. Local newspaper City Press reports two game farms in the northern province of Limpopo are the first to be targeted for unilateral seizure after negotiations with the owners to purchase the properties stalled. While the government says it intends to pay, owners Akkerland Boerdery wanted 200 million rand ($18.7 million) for the land — they’re being offered just 20 million rand ($1.87 million). “Notice is hereby given that a terrain inspection will be held on the farms on April 5, 2018 at 10am in order to conduct an audit of the assets and a handover of the farm’s keys to the state,” a letter sent to the owners earlier this year said. Akkerland Boerdery obtained an urgent injunction to prevent eviction until a court had ruled on the issue, but the Department of Rural Development and Land Affairs is opposing the application. “What makes the Akkerland case unique is that they apparently were not given the opportunity to first dispute the claim in court, as the law requires,” AgriSA union spokeswoman Annelize Crosby told the paper. It comes as the South African government pushes ahead with plans to amend the country’s constitution to allow for the expropriation of land without compensation. The seizures are intended to test the ability of the government to take land under existing laws, which the ruling African National Congress has previously stated is allowable if “in the public interest”. Earlier this month, City Press reported the government had drawn up a list of 139 farms it planned to seize “to test out” section 25 of the constitution.

This is just the beginning.  The ANC is simply going after white farmers, and there are also reports of government directed attacks on these white farmers, and whites in general, in some of the urban centers.  We wonder if the UN will bring this issue up, or if it would undermine their racial agenda.. Chance the Rapper on Trump-Kanye friendship: ‘Black people don’t have to be democrats’

Chance the Rapper chimed in on social media Wednesday amid fellow artist Kanye West’s Twitter rant, during which the latter shared praise for his “brother” President Trump. “Black people don’t have to be democrats,” Chance tweeted, seemingly referring to West’s tweets. And a follow-up tweet later on read, “Next President gon be independent. The reaction came after West talked politics during the tweetstorm that began Tuesday and carried into Wednesday. “You don’t have to agree with trump but the mob can’t make me not love him,” West first tweeted. “We are both dragon energy,” he continued. “He is my brother. I love everyone. I don’t agree with everything anyone does. That’s what makes us individuals. And we have the right to independent thought.” He also shared a photo of a “Make America Great Again” hat, which appeared to be signed by the president. The president took to Twitter to thank the rapper for the praise, adding “very cool!”

Kanye isn’t exactly a role model..  But, we’ll give the man credit for taking this stand, which isn’t very popular in the rap community.

Coulter: Racial Quotas Kill Kids

President Obama did a lot of bad things, but pound for pound, one of the worst was the January 2014 “Dear Colleague” letter sent jointly by his Education and Justice Departments to all public schools threatening lawsuits over racial discrimination in student discipline. The letter came after years of his administration browbeating schools for their failure to discipline every race of student at the same rate. As the Huffington Post put it: “American Schools Are STILL Racist, Government Report Finds.” The evidence? “Five percent of white students were suspended annually, compared with 16 percent of black students, according to the report.” Q.E.D. According to theory, there’s NO WAY blacks and Hispanics are doing things that require more school discipline than whites or Asians. So if more black students are expelled than Asians, well, gentlemen, we have our proof of racism. To comply, schools would have to stop suspending black kids for breaking a teacher’s jaw, but suspend Asians for dropping an eraser. Using the same logic, I could close the achievement gap between blacks and Asians in a single day by going to every principal’s office in the country and burning the transcripts. (Liberals are saying, “You know, that’s not a bad idea.”) The “school-to-prison pipeline” argument for racial quotas in discipline was hatched in education schools and black studies departments. What I want to know is: How did they test the idea? To validate the theory that recording students’ criminal behavior produces students with criminal records, we divided students into two groups. Group A we continued to suspend when they acted up; Group B we would not suspend no matter what — even when they engaged in their little mischief, like cracking heads with crowbars, dropping teachers off buildings, using a switchblade to cut other students’ eyes out. RESULT: At the end of the year, Group B had better records. Were the researchers really in suspense about how the experiment was going to turn out? I could have told them at the beginning that their odds of success were tremendous — unless they forgot halfway through and began accidentally suspending students in Group B. But the Obama administration said: Wow! That’s amazing. Do you think other schools could replicate those results? One of the administration’s models was Broward County, Florida. Which is kind of important, now that we know that it was Broward’s official policy to make it impossible to arrest students like Nikolas Cruz, thus allowing him to amass a cache of firearms, walk into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and murder 17 people. The “school-to-prison pipeline” nonsense may not be the explanation for every school shooting, but it is absolutely the explanation for THIS school shooting. No matter what Cruz did, no matter how many times his crimes were reported to the sheriff or school officials, there was no way a lad with a name like “Nikolas Cruz” was ever going to leave school with a record. Broward County’s innovative idea of eliminating school discipline captivated Obama’s Department of Education. It was expressly cited by the department’s Civil Rights Division with the notation: “New model for other jurisdictions?” Last October — nearly a year into the Trump administration — Broward Schools Superintendent Robert W. Runcie humbly noted that the district was receiving “invitations from around the country, including from The White House and Federal Office of Civil Rights, to share details about the historic reforms” on school discipline. Either: Liberals truly believe that all races commit crimes at exactly the same level, frequency and intensity; OR they are willing to have people die for their political agenda. Conservatives didn’t pick this school shooting as the test case for gun control. It was liberals who were going to ride the Parkland shooting all the way to the midterms. They thought they had a beautiful story about the evil NRA. Not the mass shooting in Orlando — because of the obvious immigration angle. Not San Bernardino — for the same reason. Not Las Vegas — probably for the same reason, but we’ll never know because law enforcement has issued only lies and nonsense about that shooting. The media did all the hard work of making sure Parkland was the only topic on anyone’s mind, with everyone demanding that we “do something!” And then we got the facts. Cruz’s criminal acts were intentionally ignored by law enforcement on account of Broward’s much-celebrated “school-to-prison pipeline” reforms. Thank God for the internet, or we’d never have known the truth. Admittedly, most of the harm done by the policy that enabled Cruz is not usually a mass shooting. The main damage done by the “school-to-prison pipeline” idiocy is: broken bones, smashed teeth, traumatized students, making it impossible for other students to learn, having a bad influence on marginal students and teachers sinking into depression. Check at your local school for the full results. Thanks to the Obama administration, this crackpot theory is sweeping school districts across the nation! The next time Democrats control Congress and the presidency, we will have racial quotas for prisons, too. When that happens, you better hope the government hasn’t taken your guns.

No kidding!!  As usual, conservative firebrand Ann Coulter nails it.  Excellent!   🙂

FLASHBACK: When Jesse Jackson Praised President Trump For ‘Being Inclusive’

Leading up to Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, race hustler Jesse Jackson blasted President Trump for his alleged “s***hole” comments regarding other countries. “The language of Donald Trump has been a source of shame for our nation. Humiliation and untruth,” Jackson said last Friday at the Greater Abyssinia Baptist Church in Cleveland. “It’s flat-out ignorance, the American public deserves better,” Jackson said. “But you get what you vote for, and what you don’t vote for. 2018 will be a chance to make a difference if we vote our hopes and not our fears.” Jackson also referred to Trump as a “racist” who is a “weapon of mass destruction,” which is weird to say the least, because when Trump was a private citizen and used his billions to help black communities, the real estate mogul had the praise of none other than Jesse Jackson. Back in 1998 and 1999, Trump worked with Jackson’s Rainbow/PUSH coalition to help offer a way to get African Americans into corporate America and improve their communities through building projects and jobs. Jackson praised Trump’s savvy business aplomb not once, but twice. “We need your building skills, your gusto, your [unintelligible] for people on Wall Street to represent diversity, and we thank you for coming tonight. Let’s give Donald Trump a big hand,” Jackson said at an event captured by C-SPAN cameras. At another event a year later, Jackson introduced his “friend” and thanked Trump for giving blacks a “face” on Wall Street. “When we opened this Wall Street project and we talked about it, you gave us face at 40 Wall Street, which was to make a statement about our having a presence there,” said Jackson. “Beyond that in terms of reaching out and being inclusive, he’s done that, too.” Jackson also applauded Trump’s “will to make things better” for the “underserved communities.” In addition, Jackson thanked Trump for meeting with him in 1984 and in 1988 when he ran for president at a time when the United States would’ve found the idea of a black president “laughable.” When Trump got up to speak at that event, he praised the skilled workmanship of blacks and other minorities. How times have changed.

Indeed..  To see the video of ol’ Jesse praising “The Donald” back then, just click on the text above.  One of the things we love to do here at The Daily Buzz is to show brazen hypocrisy.  Jesse Jackson is more than just an opportunistic race hustler.  He’s a self-serving, self-righteous, extreme liberal/socialist, hypocritical black racist.  Jesse is as bad as it gets.  We’re happy to show just how much of a nauseating hypocrite he is.  What a loser..

ESPN’s Jemele Hill Says Police are Like ‘Slave Patrol’

Like many other left-wing sports commentators, ESPN’s Jemele Hill is incensed that anti-American protester Colin Kaepernick is still left unsigned by the NFL. But during a tweet about the former San Francisco 49ers’ status, Hill went even further by agreeing that America’s police are exactly the same as the racist, plantation slave catchers of the civil war era. Hill took to Twitter to lament that the Baltimore Ravens just signed former Arena Football League quarterback David Olson instead of giving Colin Kaepernick a shot. On her Twitter account, Hill groused, “Oh and ICYMI, the Ravens signed a dude who quit football to be a realtor and played in 2 games in college over a Super Bowl QB”: But, as Twitter users began to reply to Hill’s tweet, one user reminded her of Kaepernick’s own words. “I feel like it’s been forgotten that [Kaepernick] basically called (all) cops ‘slave patrol’ a month ago. I mean, that’s pretty inflammatory,” user Nathanael Johnson said. For her part, Hill saw nothing at all wrong with the claim that all cops are just like the racist patrols that were sent out by plantation owners to keep blacks in line. She responded to Johnson’s tweet saying, “Inflammatory, but historically accurate.” Mr. Johnson was a bit shocked that Hill was calling ALL police the “slave patrol.” He came back saying, “There’s historically truth there, yes … but is it fair to say now to all the cops, esp when many minorities serve?” Hill must have suddenly realized that she was stepping in it big time and then tried to pull back from the “all cops are racist slave catchers” stance she initially staked out. But, even as she pulled back from the “all cops” proclamation, she went in another direction to call our legal system “racist.” Without bothering to capitalize the first word of her reply, Hill then insisted, “i wouldn’t say all, but it’s been clear for a long time the policing & judicial system are institutionally racist.” Undaunted, Mr. Johnson came back saying, “I agree that America has a lot of growing/changing to do. My only point is that calling cops “slave patrol” is pretty inflammatory.” Oddly, in another set of tweets and replies, Hill insisted that no one knows what Colin Kaepernick thinks because “NO ONE HAS TALKED TO HIM” (her all caps). This is a bit absurd. After all, the former NFL second-string quarterback spent well over a year in interview after interview as well as on his social media slamming the USA, saying America was never great, calling police pigs, criticizing Trump and his voters, and attacking the country. One shouldn’t have to speak to Colin Kaepernick to find out his opinion. He has freely given his opinion whether people want to hear it or not. One would have to say that his hate for America is pretty well established at this point.

Jemele is a poster child for what’s wrong at the ailing, and extremely liberal, ESPN network.  Jemele is a nauseating, entitlement-minded, extremely liberal, agenda-driven, black racist.  To her, facts don’t matter.  Only race matters to her.  She’s making this big deal over Colin who has been a complete embarrassment to the NFL, and has cost that organization ratings….which translates into dollars; BIG dollars.  And, that’s all that the NFL and other professional sports organizations care about.  Someone might want to take Jemele aside and school her on that reality.  As for her comments about “all cops” being “racist…”  That’s as offensive as it is false.  There are thousands and thousands of cops who watch ESPN.  So, her superiors should be asked on camera if ESPN thinks “all cops are racist,”  and see how they dance around that. What a disgusting loser Jemele is.  ESPN should do the right think and fire her immediately…and apologize to the law enforcement community for her outrageous comments.

Conference teaches K-12 educators how to combat ‘whiteness in schools’

A recent conference hosted by an Ivy League university focused on integration and inclusion in K-12 education and included workshops on how educators should face white privilege in their classrooms, challenge microaggressions and address “Eurocentric pedagogical approaches.” The “Reimagining Education Summer Institute” conference, organized by Columbia University’s Teachers College, was held in mid-July and concentrated on “opportunities and challenges of creating and sustaining racially, ethnically and socio-economically integrated schools,” according to its website. The event, in its second year, drew 300 participants that mostly consisted of K-12 teachers and principals, the institute’s director Amy Wells said in a phone interview with The College Fix. The four-day conference included plenary sessions, dozens of workshops and dialogue sessions. One presentation, called “Whiteness in schools,” provided “a history of Whiteness, and will invite participants into a discussion of how Whiteness and White culture shapes what happens in schools,” according to a description. One workshop discussed “3 ways to face white privilege in the classroom.” Presented by Teachers College postdoctoral fellow Jamila Lyiscott, a summary of the workshop states it included “activities and critical dialogue around White privilege to connect personal responsibility to pedagogical possibilities for the classroom.” And a workshop on “Teaching for Social Justice” sought to challenge colonialist and racist pedagogies. “We will challenge Eurocentric pedagogical approaches that not only under-prepare students for the realities of our increasingly multiethnic, multilingual, globalized society, but are also rooted in colonial and racist ideologies that stifle the voices, identities, and realities of students of color,” a description states. There was also a “Deconstructing Racial Microaggressions” workshop in which attendees pledged to address racial insults at their schools. Institute director Wells, a professor of sociology and education at the Teachers College, said the conference came about out of her belief that the “missing piece” regarding issues of integration in education is what goes on inside the classroom. “It’s always about getting kids into the building and I just think … we’re always missing the educators who actually do the work and who actually interact with the kids on daily basis and help them understand race in terms of how they’re relating to other students,” she said. Wells said she believes higher education has the knowledge to transform the educational system but it requires connecting “a lot of dots” that have been fragmented over the years to bring that knowledge together so people can use it. A number of the workshops at the event were geared toward racial issues and curriculum in K-12 education and participants were able to gain graduate course credits and continuing education credits by attending the event. Mariel Buque, a Ph.D. Candidate at Teachers College, led a workshop titled “Deconstructing Racial Microaggressions.” The seminar sought to “help participants identify ways in which educational systems perpetuate racial microaggressions, both within classroom practices and within the institutional climates.” The training focused on increasing educators’ ability to recognize racial microaggressions, understand their effects on students of color and helping the educators “gain accountability in taking remedial action to overcome racial biases that lead to microaggressions.” Participants in the workshop also took a pledge to address microaggressions at their respective schools, according to a tweet from Buque. Other workshops touched on topics such as using hip hop as a form of therapy in schools, instituting restorative justice for student discipline and examining segregation and desegregation.

You really can’t make this stuff up, folks..  If you have a child being exposed to this crap, then be afraid…and pull them out.  Kids don’t need to be learning about so-called “microaggressions.”  They need to be learning 2+2=4, how to read, how to spell, etc.  This is the kinda crap to produces generations of idiots who will be complete disasters in the workplace….or who won’t make it in college.  Unreal..
