MS-13 Pimp Ordered Baseball Bat Beating of Underage ‘Prostitute,’ Say Police

Prosecutors in Montgomery County, Maryland, charged a known MS-13 leader for ordering the beating of a 15-year-old girl with a baseball bat who had been forced into prostitution. Two other Salvadoran nationals are also named in the case. Law enforcement officials said that Miguel Angel “Noctorno” Ayala-Rivera, a 24-year-old MS-13 member who illegally entered the U.S. from El Salvador, ordered his fellow gang members to beat a 15-year-old girl with a baseball bat. “Noctorno” reportedly pimped out the victim along with other underage girls, the Daily Mail reported from Montgomery County court records. Police have also charged Yervin Josue Romero-Rivera, a 21-year-old illegal immigrant, and 20-year-old Alexis Pena-Rodriguez in the case. According to a law enforcement source, “Nocturno” and his two fellow MS-13 members dragged the teenage girl into the backyard of their Kensington, Maryland, hideout. “Noctorno” and four other men took turns beating her with a baseball bat, the news outlet reported. She received a total of 28 blows on various locations on her body. Records indicate she suffered an “indented” buttocks, discolored arms and legs, and visible bleeding from her neck-down. Court records state that a second source told police that “Noctorno” ordered her beating because she was “not doing a good job as an MS-13 prostitute.” Police uncovered the beating of the teenage sex trafficking victim while investigating the gang members following their arrest for an alleged series of armed robberies in Maryland and Washington, DC. They reportedly stormed into numerous check cashing stores armed with handguns and would demand cash. Records indicate the men would often conceal their faces. Police recovered a modified TEC-9 pistol in the front seat of a van the men were driving following an alleged robbery in Silver Spring, Maryland. The arrest followed a high-speed pursuit where one of the suspects died after being struck by a police car as he attempted to flee on foot.

One word…karma.  And remember..  That moron Joy Reid over at MSNBC said that the only people who had even heard of MS-13 watched Fox News.  Tell that to the poor people of Montgomery County, MD.

MSNBC star Joy Reid downplays MS-13, says only Fox News viewers have heard of dangerous gang

Often-misinformed MSNBC star Joy Reid is under the impression that international criminal gang MS-13 isn’t a major issue and the only people that have even heard of the thugs are regular viewers of Fox News. During Tuesday’s State of the Union address, President Trump kicked off the immigration portion of his speech by detailing the horror of two teenage girls who were killed by MS-13, an international crime gang comprised mainly of El Salvador immigrants, while their parents were in the building. “Two precious girls were brutally murdered while walking together in their hometown,” Trump said. “Four men associated with MS-13 have been charged with the killings… I am calling on the Congress to finally close the deadly loopholes that have allowed MS-13, and other criminals, to break into our country.” During MSNBC’s coverage of the State of the Union, Reid mocked the president’s remarks while analyzing the speech with “Hardball” host Chris Matthews. “He gives a speech tonight, in which he makes it sound like the biggest issue in the United States, the biggest threat is MS-13, a gang nobody that doesn’t watch Fox News has ever heard of. So he makes it sound like they’re the biggest threat.” Reid said Trump simply mentioned the deadly gang to accommodate the “audience he wants applause from.” Well, it turns out Reid needs to consume more news. A search of “MS-13” on CNN’s website reveals dozens of articles that mention the gang. The gang has been mentioned in an assortment of New York Times headlines in recent memory, such as a June 2017 article titled, “39 members of MS-13 are arrested, authorities say,” and a July 2017 article headlined, “Trump will visit Long Island in the wake of MS-13 gang arrests.” If the Times is too high-brow for the MSNBC star, USA Today has also covered the gang extensively. A video on the site from Nov. 2017 is headlined, “MS-13 gang member arrested in Maryland murder.” USA Today even covered the gang back in 2012 when the Obama-era feds decided to label MS-13 a criminal group. “This designation allows us to strike at the financial heart of MS-13 and is a powerful weapon in our fight to dismantle one of the most violent, transnational criminal organizations operating today,” then-ICE Director John Morton told the paper. “MS-13 is an example of some of the worst of criminal gang behavior,” Sen. Kamala Harris, D-Calif., told Matthews on the very same show on which Reid appeared. News organizations, including the Washington Post, HuffPost, The New Yorker, The Hill, New York Post, PBS, New York Daily News, Los Angeles Times, Daily Mail, Time and Slate have all covered the dangerous gang. If Reid doesn’t consume any of the aforementioned outlets, surely she remembers the coverage that her own network dedicated to Trump July 2017 speech to law enforcement officials on Long Island, N.Y. when he famously warned police officers not to be “too nice” when arresting “thugs.” Well, somebody should tell Ms. Reid that the president was referring to MS-13 members when he made the controversial remarks.

Joy Reid is stunningly stupid..  It boggles the mind how a major news outlet, regardless of it’s extreme political bias, would allow someone like her to have her own show.  MS-13 has been a topic of conversation across the political and media spectrum for over a decade.  But, I guess because Trump brought it up, it must not be important or newsworthy, according to Joy.  Again, Joy makes a total fool of herself…

MS-13 spreading across US as AG Sessions vows to take down gang

Attorney General Jeff Sessions this week promised to deal with the brutal street gang MS-13 in the same way that “we took Al Capone off the streets.” Amid a series of gruesome, high-profile murders across the United States, MS-13 has become a major focus of President Trump’s Justice Department. But dismantling the gang, whose numbers are estimated to be around 10,000 nationwide, is no easy task: MS-13 has infiltrated communities across the country – and throughout Central America – since its formation in 1980s Southern California. “MS-13 functions like all immigrant organized crime groups. They start by targeting their own community,” Lou Gentile, a former officer at the Organized Crime Unit of the Pennsylvania State Police and founder of investigative firm CSI, told Fox News. “MS-13 preys on their own, they exploit their own.” Click here to see some of the states and regions hardest hit by MS-13 in recent years:

AG Sessions unleashes organized crime task force on MS-13

Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced Monday that he’s designated the MS-13 street gang as a priority for the Justice Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces — enabling authorities to target the gang with a broader array of federal resources. “Now they will go after MS-13 with a renewed vigor and a sharpened focus,” Mr. Sessions said Monday as he addressed the International Association of Chiefs of police conference in Philadelphia. “Just like we took Al Capone off the streets with our tax laws, we will use whatever laws we have to get MS-13 off of our streets.” The priority designation will instruct federal agencies such as the IRS, FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration and Immigration and Customs Enforcement to target the El Salvador-based gang not just with drug laws but also tax, racketeering and firearms laws. Prior to this year, the task force was only able to get involved in cases when they involved the drug trade or money laundering. But changes to the task force’s authority in this year’s budget allow the Justice Department to directly name an organization as a priority. The change will mean that the task force can now get involved in a broad range of cases involving MS-13, also known as Mara Salvatrucha, including anything from murder prosecutions to firearms violations. Mr. Sessions has singled out MS-13’s involvement in the drug trade as a priority as his department has sought to combat both illegal immigration and an influx of drugs brought in the country from overseas. “Drugs are killing more Americans than ever before in large part thanks to powerful cartels and international gangs and deadly new synthetic opioids like fentanyl,” Mr. Sessions said.

Five Illegal Alien MS-13 Members Charged in Maryland Woman’s Murder

Five illegal aliens who are part of the MS-13 gang were charged in connection with the brutal murder of a Maryland woman who was beaten to death and buried in June and unearthed in September. Maryland authorities discovered the body of 21-year-old Jenni B, Rivera in a shallow grave on the outskirts of Annapolis, the Baltimore Sun reported. The victim was allegedly lured to her death and then beaten by Ervin Figueroa, Brenda Argueta, Ronald Mendez Sosa, Darvin Guerra-Zacarias, and Francisco Ramirez-Pena, all five members of the MS-13 gang who have immigration detainers on them. Each had varying degrees of participation with two carrying out the actual murder. The victim had been reported missing on June 28 as the case remained unsolved until an anonymous source led authorities to key evidence in the case. In response to the gang killing and other bodies discovered in the area, Tim Altomare, the police chief in Anne Arundel County, reached out to residents but disclosed little information in connection to the three victims he was referring to, nor to the gang activity. “If you’re in fear, if you think a gang wants to hurt you, I’m begging you to come and talk to us,” Altomare said. “Your lives matter to us, it’s our job to keep you safe, we take it seriously, and we will move heaven and earth to get you the help you need if you need help to stay safe.” The murders took place over the past three to five weeks in separate locations. Although the identity of the gang was not revealed, members of the community familiar with the investigation have identified the gang as MS-13. Anne Arundel County officials recently announced the creation of a gang task force, a combination of officers from the county and Annapolis, as well as FBI agents. Law enforcement officials nationwide are targeting MS-13 members, many of which are illegal aliens with violent criminal records. In October 2012, the U.S. Department of Treasury labeled the group a “transnational criminal organization,” the first such designation for a street gang. Many law enforcement agencies are developing plans to fight the spread of MS-13 violence–but these problems are compounded by sanctuary policies that allow criminal alien gangs to gain a foothold on U.S. soil.

Tips lead to arrest of MS-13 gang member on FBI Ten Most Wanted list

An MS-13 gang member on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list has been captured in Virginia after a four-year manhunt, authorities announced Saturday. Walter Yovany Gomez, an illegal immigrant from Honduras, was arrested without incident Friday in Woodbridge, 20 miles south of Washington, as a result of a well-coordinated investigation and tips from the public, the FBI said. “The apprehension of Walter Yovany Gomez is a prime example of the close coordination between the vigilant public and the hard working men and women of law enforcement,” Timothy Gallagher, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Newark Office, said. “Gomez will now stand trial for his alleged involvement in a brutal murder which took a young man from his family.” He faces extradition to New Jersey where he was indicted on a charge of committing a violent crime in aid of racketeering. The FBI added his name to its Ten Most Wanted list in April. Gomez, who goes by the nickname “Cholo,” is accused of killing a fellow MS-13 gang member Julio Matute in Plainfield in 2011. Prosecutors say that after a night of partying Gomez and an accomplice beat Matute with a baseball bat, stabbed him 17 times with a knife and then slit his throat with a screwdriver. Matute was killed on suspicion that he and members of a rival gang were getting too close. When police tried to arrest Gomez he jumped out a second-story window and escaped. Gomez’ cohort, who was also an MS-13 member, was caught and convicted.

Glad to hear they caught these illegal pieces of garbage..

MS-13 Leaders in El Salvador Giving Green Light for Hits Here, Says Texas DA

A Texas district attorney says MS-13 leaders in El Salvador are green-lighting hits by gang members in the U.S. Her comments came in reference to an MS-13 gang member arrested last week in Virginia on warrants relating to the murders of two Houston-area residents. “The way they murder, machetes, shooting them dozens of times. It’s purposeful, and that’s to instill fear in the community,” Harris County District Attorney Kim Ogg told reporters at a press conference about an MS-13 gang member accused of killing two people in the Houston area. “MS leaders giving the green lights for hits from El Salvador, well they can expect for us to return it in kind.” Police in Virginia arrested Douglas Alexander Herrera-Hernandez on an outstanding warrant from Texas after the Department of Public Safety added him to their 10 Most Wanted list..
