A rural Maryland sheriff on Tuesday blamed President Obama’s open-door immigration policy for a surge in gangland crime that included a retaliation murder and assault on an officer doing paperwork in his cruiser. “Case by case amnesty, backdoor amnesty, DACA programs, and the Dream Act were pushed through by executive order,” said Frederick County Sheriff Charles Jenkins. “Policy shifts by President Obama weakened and ruined Secure Communities, and did not allow action by ICE when Sheriffs and police departments ignored detainers, allowing criminals to be released back on the streets. In effect, criminal aliens that should have been deported have been allowed to remain and commit more serious crimes becoming violent offenders,” he told the House Judiciary Committee probing the criminal impact of illegals in the United States. He was joined by family members of victims of illegal immigrant crime, a surging issue around the nation as Obama’s policies allow more unauthorized aliens to leave jail and remain in the country. Frederick is north of Washington, D.C., but has become a haven for criminal “transnational” gangs, especially in high schools. Members of MS-13 and 18th Street gangs have become influential in the schools and county. “Transnational alien gangs are structured criminal enterprises involved in drug and human trafficking, crimes of violence over turf, retaliation, money laundering, and other serious crime. As these gangs are recruiting locally and increasing in number, so does the associated crime within communities,” said Jenkins. He gave some details on the crimes by immigrant gangs in his county.
To see some of those stats, click on the text above. It is beyond outrageous what Obama’s failed immigration policies have had on our country. As many of you know, we have been calling on our federally elected officials, especially the Obama Administration, to BUILD THE WALL NOW!!!!!….and put U.S. Army National Guard troops physically on the border with Mexico, where they should remain until that wall/fence is finally built above and below ground (to prevent tunneling)…however long it takes. Simultaneously, we need to be deporting illegal aliens by the hundreds of thousands (and yes, you read that correctly), paying particular attention to known gang members like this, already convicted criminal aliens, and those already determined by an immigration judge to be deported. Of course much more needs to be done (i.e. social security fraud, etc.). But, this is where it needs to start. And, to do anything less is foolish and NOT in our country’s national security and economic interests.
An outspoken Louisiana sheriff’s captain known as the “Cajun John Wayne” has called out fugitive members of a “heathen” street gang in a blunt video viewed more than 13 million times. “You will be hunted. You will be tracked. And if you raise your weapon to a man like me, we’ll return fire with superior power,” St. Landry Parish Capt. Clay Higgins says in the Crimstoppers video while wearing an armored vest, holding an assault rifle and standing in front of several dozen law enforcement officials. His message was aimed at seven members of the Gremlins Gang who eluded capture in a December takedown in Vermillion Parish, and, in particular, one of the gang’s leaders, Darron (Deeda) Carter, 19. “You think men like these are afraid of an uneducated, 125-pound punk like you?” Higgins says to Carter on the video, produced Wednesday with KATC-TV. Authorities say the Gremlins have terrorized four Acadiana parishes through murder, drive-by shootings and other crimes, according to the Daily World in Opelousas. Among those viewing the video was the American Civil Liberties Union of Louisiana which said the term “heathen” was inappropriate unless the captain knew the religion of those being sought.
And that’s why nobody cares what the ACLU thinks. Their comment is utterly worthless. Kudos to “Cajun John Wayne” and his posse! This is SO great! Hopefully they catch “Deeda,” and the rest of those loser Gremlins, soon. Animals like that need to just be put down. They cannot be rehabilitated, and tax payers shouldn’t have to foot the bill for such a futile exercise. Just put ’em down. To see this great video, click on the text above. Go get ’em, sheriff! 🙂
It appears that the recent execution-style murder of a Massachusetts man was committed by two Central American teens that came to the U.S. as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) under President Obama’s open border free-for-all. Tens of thousands of illegal immigrant minors—mostly from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras—have entered the country through the Mexican border since the influx began in the summer of 2014 and the administration has relocated them nationwide. News reports indicate that the 17-year-olds charged in the gruesome Massachusetts killing entered the U.S. recently as UAC’s and both have ties to MS-13, according to authorities cited by various outlets. They lived in Everett and one of the teens, Cristian Nunez-Flores, moved to Massachusetts from his native El Salvador a year and a half ago which is when the influx of Central American minors began. His parents remain in El Salvador, according to a local news article. The other gangbanger’s name is Jose Vasquez Ardon and he too is a recent arrival from Central America. Prosecutors say the teens, described in a local news article as “baby-faced boys,” shot a 19-year-old in the head. Both are being held without bail for obvious reasons. This week two federal lawmakers—a senator and a congressman—are demanding answers from the administration involving how the teens entered the U.S. Specifically, they want to confirm if the gangbangers came as UACs and when exactly they arrived. The legislators, Senator Chuck Grassley, chair of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Congressman Bob Goodlatte, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, also want to know if the administration had knowledge about the suspects’ ties with a criminal gang. “Please provide a complete copy of the alien file for Jose Vasquez Ardon and Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the lawmakers state in a letter to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Health and Human Services (HHS), the agency that’s mostly handled the barrage of UACs and the relocation process. “Please provide any other information collected or maintained by DHS and HHS regarding either Jose Vasquez Ardon or Cristian Nunez-Flores,” the request further states. Shortly after the first batch of UAC’s arrived in mid-2014, Judicial Watch reported that many had ties to gang members in the U.S., specifically MS-13. Homeland Security sources directly involved with the UAC crisis told JW that street gangs, including MS-13, went on a recruiting frenzy at U.S. shelters housing the illegal alien minors and they used Red Cross phones to communicate. The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs. Just a few weeks ago dozens of MS-13 members were indicted in Boston for serious crimes including murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, firearm violations, federal racketeering and immigration offenses. Several of the defendants are responsible for murdering at least five people since 2014 and the attempted murder of at least 14 in Chelsea and East Boston, according to the federal indictment. MS-13 members also sell cocaine, heroin and marijuana and commit robberies to generate income to pay monthly dues to incarcerated gang leadership in El Salvador, federal prosecutors say. The money is used to pay for weapons, cell phones, shoes, food and other supplies for MS-13 thugs in and out of jail in El Salvador. The affiliation between gangs and the hordes of illegal immigrant youths that the Obama administration keeps taking in is a story Judicial Watch has been reporting for more than a year. Last fall the Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed that the MS-13 is a top tier gang thanks to the influx of illegal alien gang members that have crossed into the state recently. The number of MS-13 members encountered by U.S. Border Patrol in the Rio Grande Valley sector has increased each year, accelerating in 2014 and coinciding with increased illegal immigration from Central America during the same period, the agency disclosed in a report linked to JW’s story. This clearly refers to the UAC crisis that saw over 60,000 illegal immigrants—many with criminal histories—storm into the U.S. in a matter of months.
This is the crap that Obama is importing. Because of his foolish, liberal, immigration policies, and so-called (and entirely unconstitutional) “executive actions,” we’re allowing maggots like these MS-13 thugs to just wander our streets and execute our citizens. Enough is enough! From day one here at The Daily Buzz, we’ve been calling on our federally elected officials to BUILD THE WALL NOW!!!!….and put U.S. Army National Guard troops physically ON the border with Mexico, where they should remain until that wall/fence is finally built above and below ground (to prevent tunneling)…however long that takes. Simultaneously, we need to be deporting illegal aliens by the hundreds of thousands (and yes, you read that correctly), paying particular attention to known gang members (like these MS-13 punks), and already convicted criminal aliens…as well as those already determined to be deported by immigration judges. To do anything less is foolish and NOT in our country’s national security, and economic, interests. It’s time we started looking out for Americans FIRST; NOT putting illegal aliens first like Obama has.
An 18-year-old was fatally stabbed in a gang-ordered slaying near the Montgomery-Prince George’s county border by assailants who threw heavy rocks down on him as he crawled away from the attack to a stream, according to court records filed in Montgomery District Court on Thursday. The death of Denis Montufar-Bautista follows two other recent slayings in wooded areas of Montgomery that police have linked to a resurgence of the MS-13 gang. In one of those cases — the killing of a 34-year-old man found in a shallow grave — detectives filed charges this week against four people. The suspects range from 15 to 19 years old. Montgomery County State’s Attorney John McCarthy raised the issue of gang violence last month. Since then, he said Thursday, he’s come to believe “the depth of the problem is even broader and wider than I ever imagined.” He said five slayings in the county in 2015 are probably linked to MS-13. “I don’t think we’ve ever reached this kind of gang violence in Montgomery County,” he said. In the latest case, one of the alleged assailants, Julio Rivas-Rosales, 15, made his first court appearance Thursday — charged as an adult with first-degree murder. Police say that he and others had been motivated by retaliation, because their target had reported being assaulted by four MS-13 gang members who attend High Point High School, in Beltsville, in Prince George’s County. “This was a revenge murder. It was pre-planned,” Montgomery prosecutor Ryan Wechsler told District Judge Jeannie Cho on Thursday. The prosecutor said Rivas-Rosales is an MS-13 member and should remain at the county’s adult jail on a no-bond status. He poses a threat to other teenagers if transferred to a juvenile facility, Wechsler added. John Lavigne, a public defender, responded that, at this point, the charges against Rivas-Rosales are only allegations — and he is young and small in stature. “I think he’s 5-2, maybe 125 pounds soaking wet,” Lavigne said, requesting Rivas-Rosales be moved to a secure juvenile facility in Rockville. Lavigne spoke briefly about his client, saying he arrived in the United States about a year ago from his native El Salvador, lives with his mother and goes to school in Langley Park. Immigration agents have filed a detainer on Rivas-Rosales, an indication they think they have grounds to deport him after any possible sentence has been served. Cho ordered that Rivas-Rosales be moved to the juvenile facility and set his bond at $500,000. Rivas-Rosales’s next court date is set for Jan. 8. The earlier assault — allegedly at the hands of the High Point students — occurred on Oct. 28. It also was an act of retaliation, police said, because gang members said the victim, also an MS-13 member, had disrespected a higher-ranking member by having sex with that gang member’s girlfriend. After the assault victim was reported missing on Dec. 16, Prince George’s detectives learned he was last seen with Rivas-Rosales, according to police charging documents. They questioned him about the missing teenager, Montufar-Bautista, this week. “Rivas-Rosales stated he was dead, at which point he was advised of his Miranda Rights,” detectives wrote. “Rivas-Rosales admitted to participating in the killing of Montufar-Bautista.” Rivas-Rosales said he and others used a ruse to isolate Montufar-Bautista — inviting him to come to a trail near Piney Branch Road and New Hampshire Avenue to smoke marijuana, according to the charging papers. The group then walked up the path. Rivas-Rosales agreed to take detectives to where he had last seen the body. At 11:10 p.m. Tuesday, detectives carrying flashlights spotted the body — floating in a stream under the Capital Beltway. Rivas-Rosales told detectives that Montufar-Bautista was stabbed multiple times. He said that he and others also “threw rocks at the victim after he crawled to the stream in an attempt to escape the attack,” detectives wrote in court papers. As for the earlier assault, police in Prince George’s arrested four High Point High School students, all said to be members of MS-13, according to charging documents. Police said a 19-year-old, Noe Coreas-Mejia, ordered the assault. He was being held Thursday in Prince George’s County, according to court records. Prince George’s police on Thursday said the assault is still under investigation but noted that it occurred outside school hours and off school property. A lawyer listed in court records for Coreas-Mejia could not immediately be reached for comment.
As many of you know, we typically don’t do the whole crime blotter thing here at The Daily Buzz. There are plenty of other outlets for that sorta thing. But, every once in a while we make an exception to illustrate a bigger issue that impacts all of us. Such is the case here. MS-13 is a notorious violent gang from El Salvador that has infiltrated several major cities in America. Mostly, these thugs come here illegally. Imagine that. So, consider this your Christmas day reminder of why it is absolutely imperative that we BUILD THE WALL NOW!!!!….and put U.S. Army National Guard troops physically ON the border with Mexico so as to prevent any would-be illegal from stepping one foot on U.S. soil. And, those Army Guard troops need to remain there ON the border (not back 40 miles or so, as has been the practice in the past) until that wall/fence is finally built….however long it takes. Simultaneously, we need to be deporting these illegal aliens by the hundreds of thousands…paying particular attention to known gang members like this, as well already convicted criminal aliens. Enough is enough! We deserve better from our federal government. And, its time we demanded that our federally elected officials put politics, and political correctness, aside and put our actual, legal, citizens FIRST for a change!
