Judge rules Trump’s DACA phaseout legal

A federal judge ruled Monday that President Trump’s phaseout of the Obama-era DACA program is legal, adding heft to the administration’s defense but doing little to solve the ongoing court quagmire. The ruling does not overturn two other federal courts, who had previously blocked the phaseout, which was supposed to take effect Monday. But it does offer a needed boost as the Justice Department appeals those other two rulings. Judge Roger W. Titus, a Bush appointee to the bench in Maryland, said the judges in California and New York who blocked the phaseout attempted to substitute their own judgments for that of the Homeland Security Department, crossing constitutional lines in order to strike at Mr. Trump’s policies. Judge Titus went even further, praising the Trump administration for the way it handled the situation with a six-month phaseout. “This decision took control of a pell-mell situation and provided Congress — the branch of government charged with determining immigration policy — an opportunity to remedy it. Given the reasonable belief that DACA was unlawful, the decision to wind down DACA in an orderly manner was rational,” the judge wrote. DACA is the 2012 program Mr. Obama created, using executive authority, to protect hundreds of thousands of “Dreamers” from deportation and to give them a foothold in society. Some 683,000 people were being protected as of Jan. 31. But the program was always legally questionable, and Mr. Trump last September, facing threats of lawsuits from Texas and other states, announced his phaseout, with a final deadline of March 5.

MS-13 spreads to 22 states, fed by 300,000 illegals, DACA recipients, tied to 207 murders

The vicious MS-13 gang, stifled under former President George W. Bush, exploded during the Obama era fueled by 300,000 illegals, including those given amnesty under the DACA program, and has now been linked to crimes in 22 states, according to a new report. Since 2012, 207 murders have been tied to the gang called “Mara Salvatrucha,” and there are over 500 cases nationwide of MS-13 members being charged in major crimes, according to the report from the Center for Immigration Studies. But it can sometimes be hard to deport the illegals involved because about half of the crimes detailed in the report occurred in so-called “sanctuary cities” that do not cooperate with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. President Trump has pledged to crack down on the gang and deport those in the United States illegally, and report author Jessica M. Vaughan suggested that it can’t happen soon enough. Detailing how the gang rebuilt itself under Obama’s open-border immigration policies, she said, “this resurgence represents a very serious threat to public safety in communities where MS-13 has rebuilt itself. The resurgence is directly connected to the illegal arrival and resettlement of more than 300,000 Central American youths and families that has continued unabated for six years, and to a de-prioritization of immigration enforcement in the interior of the country that occurred at the same time.” The research she supervised at the immigration think tank found that MS-13 concentrations were in areas where so-called “unaccompanied alien children” were put under Obama, including Virginia, California, Maryland and New York. They included those participating in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals who Democrats in Congress are fighting for. She cited an example of a Maryland DACA recipient charged with gang activity who urged pals in El Salvador to take advantage of Obama’s policies: One MS-13 clique leader in Frederick, Md., who had received a DACA work permit and was employed as a custodian at a middle school in Frederick, Md., and who was recently incarcerated for various gang-related crimes, reportedly was told by gang leaders in El Salvador to take advantage of the lenient policies on UACs to bring in new recruits, knowing that they would be allowed to resettle in the area with few questions asked. Several of these unaccompanied minors now have been arrested and incarcerated for various crimes, including a vicious random attack on a sheriff’s deputy in 2015. Crime, torture and theft are the trademarks of the gang. “The MS-13 members identified in the cases we found were accused of very serious crimes, including 207 murders. More than 100 were accused of conspiracy/racketeering, and dozens of others were charged with drug trafficking, sex trafficking, attempted murder, sexual assaults, and extortion,” said the report. Vaughan is the center’s policy director. The report noted the difficulty in seizing and deporting some of those involved because the crimes occurred in many of the 300 sanctuary regions in the nation that don’t cooperate with ICE. “The proliferation of sanctuaries may complicate disruption of MS-13,” said the report. “Many of the hotbeds of MS-13 activity are also places where local officials have adopted sanctuary policies. These policies prevent ICE from working effectively with local law enforcement agencies. There are approximately 300 sanctuary jurisdictions in the country, and they include municipalities, counties, and states.11 About half of the MS-13 arrests in our case set (222) occurred in sanctuary jurisdictions,” said CIS.

Pretty shocking stuff!!  The threat to our communities posed by MS-13 is just one of many reasons why it is absolutely critical that we BUILD THE WALL NOW!!…and put U.S. Army National Guard troops physically ON the border with Mexico.  Then, those troops need to remain ON that border to prevent would-be crossers from setting one foot on U.S. soil.  After all, once an illegal sets one foot on U.S. soil, they entitled (and that’s the key work) to all sorts of legal and monetary freebies that we-the-actual citizens pay for.  So, those troops need to remain ON the border until that wall/fence is finally built above and below ground (to prevent tunneling)….however long it takes.  Simultaneously, we need to be deporting illegals already here by the hundreds of thousands (and yes, you read that correctly)…paying particular attention to known gang members (like these MS-13 maggots), convicted criminal aliens, and those already determined by an immigration judge to be deported..regardless of age or gender.  And that’s just for starters, folks.  To do anything less is NOT in our country’s national security, or economic, interests.

Poll: DACA Amnesty Bombs In GOP Primaries

A DACA amnesty is strongly opposed by the Republicans who vote in GOP primaries, says a new poll by Americans for Legal Immigration PAC. The group is touring Capitol Hill offices today to showcase the poll, which they say will deter GOP legislators from backing a DACA or ‘dreamer’ amnesty prior to their Spring primaries. “We’re hoping this poll will be a bucket of cold water to wake them out of their DC spell,” said William Gheen, founder of ALIPAC. The group plans to visit the at least 200 offices of GOP politicians, including North Carolina Sen. Thom Tillis, Maine Sen. Susan Collins, House Speaker Paul Ryan, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, and Arkansas Sen. Tom Cotton. “If Collins and Ryan and Mitch McConnell and the other amnesty supporting RINOS want to go against the will of their primary voters, like [Majority Leader Rep. Eric] Cantor did, that’s up to them,” Gheen said. Cantor lost his primary election in June 2014, largely because of primary opposition to an amnesty push in Congress. The poll results mean that pro-amnesty GOP legislators “are highly vulnerable and can be defeated by [primary] candidates with less experience and less money,” he said. GOP legislators should poll their own voters, he said, adding “they’ll back off the [amnesty] deal if they want to keep their jobs.”

2 DACA recipients arrested over suspicion of human smuggling: report

Two Dreamers who were living in the U.S. under the Obama-era DACA program were arrested last week on suspicion of human smuggling in separate incidents, federal officials reportedly said. The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Monday that one of the men was in the country under the program and the other’s program had expired. The report said that one incident occurred last Wednesday when a resident near Torrey Pines State Beach observed what looked like human smuggling. Border agents pulled over a vehicle and found the driver—who was the 20-year-old DACA recipient whose status expired. He reportedly admitted to smuggling after two Mexican nationals in the country illegally were found in the car. In a separate incident, a 22-year-old Mexican national, a DACA recipient who lives in Riverside, was allegedly caught scouting an area for smugglers in Campo, Calif. Both suspects are in custody.

Angel Mom Agnes Gibboney on DACA: ‘We Don’t Owe Illegal Aliens Anything’

“We don’t owe illegal aliens anything. Why do people feel that we owe them anything?” asked Angel Mom Agnes Gibboney on Tuesday, reflecting on how she will soon commemorate her late son’s birthday at his grave. Her son, Ronald da Silva, was murdered in 2007 in El Monte, California, by an illegal immigrant gang member. Gibboney joined SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight, hosted by Rebecca Mansour and Joel Pollak, to share her views of ongoing Capitol Hill negotiations pertaining to the Obama administration’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) policy and broader immigration and border security issues. “In five days, my son would have been 45 years old,” said Gibboney. “In five days, I’m going to be sitting in a cemetery caressing his headstone, at the cemetery with a cupcake, singing “Happy Birthday” to him. So does he know what my pain is? We families that have lost a loved one because our government didn’t protect us are suffering, and we’re going to suffer until the end, until we go and meet our loved ones. They have no idea.” Gibboney read from a letter she composed and recently sent to President Donald Trump on behalf of her late son. “As a U.S. citizen born in Long Beach, California, in 1973, I am having my mommy, as I called her, sign this letter. You see, I am unable to sign it because my life was cut short by a previously deported illegal alien in 2002. I have no voice. I became a statistic. All I am is a memory.” The memories of American citizens killed or murdered by illegal aliens demand construction of a border wall, said Gibboney. “They need to know my son would have stood for this. All these victims that were killed by illegal aliens would have stood for the wall. Their dreams were cut short. Does anybody, does any politician ever talk about the dreams that our victims had?” Gibboney further listed her immigration reform and border security priorities in her letter to the president. “I ask you to please continue to fight for the wall–no DACA, no amnesty, end birthright citizenship, mandatory E-Verify, increased border patrol agents, end chain migration, [and] set up a biometric system to remove all visa overstays.” “Congress wants nothing but to protect illegal aliens,” said Gibboney about Capitol Hill’s focus on legislative amnesty proposals for illegal aliens. “I feel that the Democrats are standing in our way,” said Gibboney. “They are doing nothing but standing in President Trump’s way.” “Shame on them,” said Gibboney of Democrats. “Instead of working with our government to secure our borders to make sure that American citizens and people that are coming to visit this country are safe, not being taken over by illegal aliens disrespecting this country, demanding things be given to them, shutting down offices in Washington, DC. This is an outrage.” “Why are we having to negotiate with our government to obey our laws?” asked Gibboney. “We have laws for illegal immigrants. We have laws pertaining to immigration. Anyone who breaks these laws or enables another person to do should be deported or imprisoned. I don’t understand why we’re having such a discussion.” Any extension of amnesty to DACA recipients must be narrow, said Gibboney, listing her preferred criteria for such a measure: “You can apply [for a green card], but if you have any criminal record, if you have ever applied for public assistance, you’re out. And I’m not talking about a felony that was reduced to a misdemeanor that most of the time they’re doing now. Any criminal record, you’re out. You have to have graduated from high school, college, and have an ability to support yourself. And none of this giving legal papers to the mother and three or four siblings and aunts and uncles and cousins. None of that anymore. We need to stop that. President Reagan did that several years ago, and it’s proven to be a disaster. We can’t go on like that. We can’t make the same mistake.” Having recently seen border wall prototypes near the southern border, Gibboney expressed hope. “Those prototypes, those samples gave me hope. Hope that not another American citizen will be killed.” “The physical wall is necessary,” added Gibboney, noting that varying topography along the U.S.-Mexico border with require varying forms of barriers.

Wow..  A powerful personal story here; a story that needs to told.

Ann Coulter: No DACA Amnesty ‘Until There’s a Wall and Hell Freezes Over’

New York Times best-selling author and populist conservative columnist Ann Coulter says President Trump should not begin to consider amnesty for illegal aliens “until there’s a wall and hell freezes over.” In a post on Friday, Coulter responded to a tweet by President Trump in which he reiterated that he would only be willing to sign off on an amnesty beginning with nearly 800,000 illegal aliens if his list of pro-American immigration principles were enacted simultaneously. Trump tweeted, “The Democrats have been told, and fully understand, that there can be no DACA without the desperately needed WALL at the Southern Border and an END to the horrible Chain Migration & ridiculous Lottery System of Immigration etc. We must protect our Country at all cost!” Those principles include full funding for the construction of a border wall — which has been stalled in the prototype stage — as well as an end to “chain migration,” which makes up more than 70 percent of all legal immigration as it allows newly naturalized immigrants to bring an unlimited number of foreign relatives to the U.S. with them. Additionally, Trump says in exchange for DACA amnesty, he wants to see an immediate end to the Diversity Visa Lottery program, whereby 50,000 visas are randomly given out all over the world every year to foreign nationals who do not have to meet a rigorous set of skills or requirements. Ann Coulter, however, says the Trump administration should not even be considering amnesty for illegal aliens. “No DACA until there’s a wall AND hell freezes over.” In a Breitbart News interview this week, Coulter said she wanted DACA illegal aliens to be deported first, citing the role that many of the enrollees of the program play in the open borders lobby and immigration activism organizations. Coulter told Breitbart News Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow: “It has to be said that many of the legal and illegal low-wage workers, they’re incredibly hard workers, they’re really nice people, and it occurred to me … that I actually like all of the illegal immigrants except the DREAMers. They’re the ones I want deported first because they’re the activists. They’re the obnoxious ones. They’re the ones who go to congressional offices and stamp their feet and say, “How dare you not rush to grant us amnesty?” Whereas the other illegals don’t have the time to be protesting; they’re busy working, being polite, being so friendly and nice and saying, “Merry Christmas.” No. Let’s start by deporting the DREAMers. That’s point one.” Trump signing off on any amnesty plan, no matter if it included an end to chain migration, elimination of the Visa Lottery and funding for the border wall, would be an enormous betrayal to his “America First” agenda and commitment to American workers. Amnesty for DACA illegal aliens has the potential to flood the American workforce with more low-skilled foreign labor and could trigger a surge of illegal immigration at the U.S.-Mexico border. Corporate interests, including the GOP mega-donors Charles and David Koch, have teamed up with the open borders lobby to push a DACA amnesty, as it would provide a stream of cheap, foreign labor that would further drive down the wages of America’s working and middle class.

As usual Ann nails it on the head.  And her point about the obnoxious, entitlement-minded so-called “Dreamers” is extremely well taken!  They ARE the ones getting in everyone’s face demanding that they be granted amnesty.  We agree with Ann..  Dreamers SHOULD be the first to be deported.   But, here at The Daily Buzz, we’ve adopted more of an “option D” approach to deporting illegal aliens here in America; “all of the above.”  There are between roughly 15-22 MILLION illegal aliens in this country (the Dems will say 11 million; the same number they’ve used for over 15 years, btw)!!  To put that into some perspective, in Colorado the total population according to the last census was about 4.5 million.  In other words, there are three timess as many illegal aliens already here in America as is the entire population of the state of Colorado!!  So, that is why we’ve been saying that we to be deporting illegal aliens by the hundreds of thousands…paying particular attention to known gang members, convicted criminal aliens, and those already determined by an immigration judge to be deported…regardless of age or gender.  If we did just that, we’d make a HUGE dent in the illegal immigration crisis that is crushing our country and it’s infrastructure.  Of course we need to immediately secure our southern border and BUILD THE WALL NOW!!!   For more on that, see our comments below the anchor baby article we posted the other day (scroll down 4 articles).

Poll: Fewer Than 30 Percent of Americans Want Amnesty for DACA Illegals

Fewer than 30 percent of Americans prioritize the award of permanent amnesty to nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation by President Barack Obama’s DACA amnesty. In a new poll by Morning Consult and Politico, just 29 percent of Americans said allowing illegal aliens on the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program to permanently remain in the United States and receive a pathway to citizenship was a priority. Support for amnesty for DACA illegal aliens has dropped 10 points among Americans since Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced in September on behalf of President Trump’s administration that the Obama-era program would ultimately be ended in March 2018. Even among Americans who are Democrats, support for an amnesty for DACA illegal aliens has fallen to less than 50 percent. Only 44 percent of Democratic voters said giving amnesty to DACAs needed to be a priority for Congress. Months ago, though, 53 percent of Democrats said DACA amnesty was a priority. Among Republican voters, a DACA amnesty has dropped 28 percent in September to a mere 19 percent today. With Independents, the support for prioritizing DACA amnesty for illegal aliens dropped the largest. In September, 35 percent of Independent voters said DACA amnesty should be a priority. Today, only 23 percent of Independents want a prioritized amnesty. Meanwhile, Americans who openly oppose an amnesty for DACA illegal aliens is at 15 percent. Despite little support for amnesty for illegal aliens, Democrats, the Republican establishment, the cheap labor industry, big business and the open borders lobby have teamed up to relentlessly push for legalizing up to 3.3 million illegal aliens who are on the DACA rolls or eligible for DACA.

That’s what we’re up against, folks.  It’s why the Trump candidacy was attacked not just by Democrats and the dominantly liberal mainstream media..  But, also by the entire Republican establishment.  DACA needs to end immediately.  It’s existence is illegal as it never was approved by Congress.  So, Trump needs to end it..    To read the rest of this article, click on the text above.

Two ‘Dreamers’ caught smuggling illegal immigrants into U.S.

Two young illegal immigrant “Dreamers” in the U.S. under protection of the Obama-era DACA deportation amnesty were caught smuggling illegal immigrants in separate incidents in Texas, authorities announced Thursday. The arrests come at a time when Congress is debating what to do about Dreamers, and the arrests could complicate the picture painted of Dreamers as law-abiding standouts who are victims of circumstance. Customs and Border Protection said the first smuggling attempt was broken up on Oct. 4, after Border Patrol agents stopped a car at a checkpoint on Interstate 35 and discovered two illegal immigrants from Brazil hiding in the trunk. The driver of the car was from Guatemala, a juvenile who had been approved by the Obama administration for a DACA permit in 2016. Three days later the same checkpoint snared another DACA recipient from Mexico smuggling an illegal immigrant from Mexico in his trunk. Neither of the Dreamers’ names were released. They and the illegal immigrants they were trying to smuggle are all being processed for deportation, CBP said. To qualify for the DACA program illegal immigrants must assert they were brought to the U.S. as children and have kept a relatively clean record. Immigrant-smuggling violates the terms of the agreement, as does gang membership or other serious crimes of violence. As of this summer, some 2,139 Dreamers had had their DACA status revoked..

Illegal Alien Accused of Murdering Teen Girl Was in DACA Program

An illegal alien accused of murdering a teenage girl in Greenville County, South Carolina, was shielded from deportation as he was a beneficiary of the Obama-created DACA amnesty program. Daniel De Jesus Rangel Sherrer, 19, was one of the nearly 800,000 illegal aliens shielded from deportation and given a work permit under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) confirmed. Sherrer was charged in connection with the murder of 18-year-old Diana Martinez-Gonzalez after she was found shot to death in a wooded area in the town of Easley, South Carolina. During a press conference, Master Deputy Ryan Flood said the DACA recipient confessed to a deputy about his alleged murder of Martinez-Gonzalez, a high school student. Sherrer allegedly murdered the girl in the wooded area because she had spread false rumors about him, the illegal alien told deputies. Police say the DACA recipient had also held another teenage girl against her will, but that she escaped the scene. Sherrer is now facing first-degree murder charges and should he be released from prison at any time, he will be deported. Under DACA, created by Obama in 2012, hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens were prevented from being deported by receiving temporary amnesty in the U.S. President Trump’s administration, via Attorney General Jeff Sessions, announced that the program will officially end in March 2018, though the Republican establishment and Democrats are pushing to give permanent amnesty to the recipients.

Let’s hope that effort fails.  This DACA program needs to end, and the illegals need to be deported.  Period!!

Coulter: No Amnesty Is a Good Amnesty

Donald Trump is being told that amnesty for “Dreamers,” or DACA recipients, will only apply to a small, narrowly defined group of totally innocent, eminently deserving illegal immigrants, who were brought to this country “through no fault of their own” as “children.” (Children who are up to 36 years old.) Every syllable of that claim is a lie, and I can prove it. To see how DACA will actually work, let’s look at another extremely limited amnesty that was passed in 1986. Farmers wanted temporary guest-worker permits for their cheap labor, so that they could continue pretending that the Industrial Revolution never happened and refuse to mechanize. (And, boy, did that work! We haven’t heard a peep about “crops rotting in the fields” since then.) The agricultural amnesty was supposed to apply to — at most — 350,000 illegal aliens. It would be available only to illegals who were currently in the country doing the back-breaking farm work that no American would do. Without them, crops would wither on the vine. They were saving us from starvation! Talk about deserving. Are any Dreamers saving us from starvation? But instead of guest-worker permits, then-Rep. Charles Schumer — from the lush farmland of Brooklyn — decided to grant full amnesty to any illegals who had done farm work for at least 90 days in the previous year. That’s pretty restrictive, isn’t it? In the end, “up to 350,000 farm workers” turned into 1.3 million. Oh well, what are you going to do? No use worrying — let’s just move forward and get all these people voter registration cards! This innocent little amnesty for a small, clearly defined group of illegals quickly became amnesty for anyone who applied. The same thing will happen with any other amnesty, no matter how strictly the law is written. (And it won’t be written strictly.) In the first few years of the agricultural amnesty, internal Immigration and Naturalization Service statistics showed that 888,637 legalization applications were fraudulent. According to immigration agents, “farm workers” stated in their interviews that cotton was purple or that they had pulled cherries from the ground. Of the 888,637 fraudulent applications, guess how many our government approved. Answer: More than 800,000. The agricultural amnesty was so carefully administered that not one, but TWO of the 1993 World Trade Center bombers were in this country because of it. (More on that in another column.) The main problem with the farm worker amnesty, the DACA amnesty or any amnesty is that everyone involved in the entire immigration apparatus is feverishly working, on the taxpayer’s dime, to transform this country into a Third World hellhole. Lawyers for La Raza and lawyers for the government both believe it is their mission to humiliate and destroy white Christian America. (Actually, this country is “biracial Christian America,” plus a few Amerindians and anyone else who assimilated to Western European culture.) There are multitudes of them, and they will never, ever stop. Congress could pass a law granting amnesty to any 7-foot-tall, left-handed, red-headed illegal aliens from Lichtenstein — and hundreds of left-wing outfits would instantly set to work, demanding amnesty for witch doctors, cannibals, pederasts, terrorists and the rest of the multicultural universe that makes America so vibrant. On the other side of the application process would be government immigration bureaucrats who either used to work at La Raza, or hope to in the future. On the off chance that some particularly risible amnesty application is denied by a stodgy rules-follower in our immigration bureaucracy, that denial will be litigated before a federal judge in Hawaii, then appealed to the Ninth Circuit. For two decades after the 1986 amnesty, the federal courts were tied up with dozens of class-action lawsuits brought on behalf of illegal aliens — regular illegal aliens, farm worker illegal aliens and still-in-Mexico illegal aliens — challenging every aspect of the law. Is that how American tax dollars should be spent? On endless litigation, brought by America-hating activists on behalf of people who have no right to be in our country and decided by Democrat-appointed judges? (Who are also America-hating activists.) And when their work is done, there will be a lot more Democrat-appointed judges because there will be a lot more Democrats. Lawyers sued over everything — the absence of Creole interpreters, the requirement that illegals have proof of prior farm work and the rare denials of amnesty. Congress desperately tried passing laws that would prevent courts from hearing these cases — all to no avail. Left-wing lawyers just had to pick the right judge, and they won. In 2005 — nearly 20 years after the 1986 amnesty — the Ninth Circuit was still granting amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens who claimed they had been unfairly denied because they were not in the country for the first amnesty. Seriously. No matter how the law is written, as long as anyone is eligible for amnesty, everybody’s getting amnesty. President Trump is the last president who will ever have a chance to make the right decision on immigration. After this, it’s over. The boat will have sailed. If he succeeds, all the p@ssy-grabbing and Russia nonsense will burn off like a morning fog. He will be the president who saved the American nation, its character, its sovereignty, its core identity. But if he fails, Donald Trump will go down in history as the man who killed America.
