Baltimore sees more than 50 homicides so far in 2020, activists say city ‘was never like this’

Only into the third month of the new year and more than 50 people have been killed in the Baltimore city area. The Baltimore Police Department announced Sunday that 19-year-old Singleton Blake-Duppins was charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a 26-year-old man on Friday, one of four shootings in Charm City Friday night that left two men dead and four injured. At least 52 homicides were been reported throughout the city as of March 2, according to a tally by The Baltimore Sun. The major northeastern city in Maryland of more than 600,000 people is one of the most dangerous in America, according to the FBI. The city ended 2019 with 348 homicides, its fifth year in a row with more than 300 slayings and the second-deadliest year on record. The city’s string of killings so far in 2020 has Baltimore already on track to surpass 300 homicides for yet another yet, according to FOX45. “This city was never like this, even when it was at its worst,” activist Tyree Moorehead told FOX45 on Sunday. “That’s scary because there’s people whose family members haven’t been shot yet that have a bullet with their name on it and don’t even know it.” Residents and community activists are hoping to bring back a community that’s disengaged. The Rev. Alvin Hathaway told FOX45 too many in the city are going around treating the violence “like this is average, like nothing is different,” and that community members need to step up and “be the change.” “You have a whole host of people who are feeling like they’re afraid,” Hathaway told FOX45. “This is red flag time. We’ve got to call all hands on deck and pull the city together.” Last month, a former state corrections official who had been under investigation was killed and two fugitive task force officers were wounded in a shooting at a Baltimore apartment complex after trying to serve a warrant out of Pennsylvania for attempted murder. The shootings happened as officials have increased the presence of federal law enforcement officers in the city to stymie gang-related activity and violent crime as a whole. In December, the Department of Justice announced a plan to increase the overall number of federal agents in Baltimore and add more officers to task forces. Months earlier, the department unveiled a task force focused on gun- and drug-related crime in the city. Task force members, including agents from the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, work from a shared location to increase coordination. The task force to which the wounded officers belong also includes Secret Service agents. Baltimore has been in the throes of a steep rise in violent crime since 2015, when the homicide rate spiked amid the city’s worst rioting in decades following the death of Freddie Gray, a black man who died in police custody. Over the summer, Baltimore Mayor Bernard “Jack” Young said local leadership isn’t to blame for the city’s increasing homicide rate. “I’m not committing the murders,” he said then. In June at an anti-gun violence rally, the mayor advocated organized fights as a means to solve disputes without using weapons.

And yet this idiot mayor doesn’t think his leadership is to blame..  His predecessor wasn’t any better, and she (Catherine Pugh) is about to go to prison for multiple felony corruption charges for which she was found guilty.  What isn’t being mentioned in this AP story is the fact that Baltimore, like most major cities in America, is under solid Democrat rule…and in the case of Baltimore, for over 48 years.  The dominantly liberal mainstream media doesn’t want to mention that inconvenient fact; a fact that holds true for other big cities with the strictest gun laws and yet most violent crimes…like Chicago, Detroit, Los Angeles, New York, and so on.  These and other issues like homelessness are completely out of control in these Democrat-controlled cities, and nobody in the media has the courage to simply ask why…and to hold these liberal, agenda-driven Democrat politicians accountable.  Mayor Young needs to be publicly humiliated by the media.  The poor citizens of Baltimore deserve better.

Resurfaced video shows Elijah Cummings calling Baltimore ‘drug infested,’ likening residents to ‘zombies’

House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., previously referred to his community of Baltimore as a “drug-infested” area, using a term that President Trump included in a tweet widely panned as a racist attack on the city. The video, tweeted by the president on Wednesday, showed Cummings lamenting the city’s scourge of drugs while speaking during what appeared to be a congressional hearing. “This morning, I left my community of Baltimore — a drug-infested area where a lot of the drugs we are talking about today have already taken the lives of so many children,” he said. “The same children that I watched 14 or 15 years ago as they grew up, now walking around like zombies.” Trump originally called Baltimore a “rat and rodent infested mess,” apparently conjuring allusions to racism for some media outlets. CNN’s Erin Burnett, for example, accused Trump of feeding his base’s “basest tendencies” by using those words to describe a majority-African American city. “Infest has become sort of a trope for Trump,” she added before pointing to statements about immigrants and inner cities. “Infest is a loaded word throughout history.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., similarly called Trump’s tweets “racist,” although it’s unclear what exactly she was referring to in the tweets. The president’s son, Donald Trump Jr., responded to the old footage by asking whether Cummings himself was racist. “Obviously racist… Right? Those are the rules!” he tweeted alongside the video. Trump has defended himself by claiming that he was “stating plainly what most people already know.” “Elijah Cummings has done a terrible job for the people of his district, and of Baltimore itself. Dems always play the race card when they are unable to win with facts. Shame!” he said over the weekend.

And the President is exactly right!  Also, kudos to his son for calling out Cummings out on his brazen hypocrisy.  Its ok for him to say the exact same thing because he’s a black Democrat.  But, when President Trump says exactly the same words, it’s racist.  Typical double standard hypocrisy from the dominantly liberal mainstream media.  To see the video in question, etc., click on the text above.

Gun Control Fail: Baltimore Mayor Asks FBI to Stem Rising Murder Rate

In the facing of gun-control’s failure to stem violence in Democrat-run Baltimore, Mayor Mayor Catherine Pugh (D) is asking the FBI to help stem the rising murder rate. A total of 318 people were murdered in Baltimore last year. The Baltimore Sun put this into perspective by reporting that “one out of every 2,000 [Baltimore] residents was killed in 2016.” And 2016 was not even the deadliest year on record. The deadliest year was 2015, when there were 344 homicides. Now Mayor Pugh is begging for help. WJZ quoted Pugh saying, “I’m calling on all the assistance we can possibly get because I can’t imagine going into our summer months with our crime rate where it is today, what that’s going to look like by the end of the summer.” She added, “Murder is out of control.” This admission comes even though Baltimore is one of the most gun-controlled cities in America. The city has a “high capacity” magazine ban, which was contained in the Firearm Safety Act of 2013. Yet Breitbart News reported that “The Trace, a gun control journalism outlet, shows that the criminal use of ‘high capacity’ magazines jumped in 2013 and continued to climb in 2014, 2015, and 2016.” In addition to the “high capacity” magazine ban, the Baltimore Sun indicates the Firearm Safety Act requires would-be handgun purchasers to submit fingerprints to the state police, and Fox News reports the Act created a ban that covers “45 types of assault weapons.” Yet Baltimore’s two deadliest years on record–2015 and 2016–occurred after all the gun controls were in place. Mayor Pugh is now asking the FBI to step in and stop the bloodshed.

And do what, exactly?  The FBI has a certain role/function; to investigate federal crimes.  They do not do neighborhood patrolling.  That’s the job of the local police.  But, Mayor Pugh is a liberal Democrat who doesn’t want to take ownership for the failure of her city’s liberal gun-control policies, and policies her poor cops have to operate under.  So, instead of allowing her cops to do their jobs (i.e. stop and frisk, etc.), she’s begging the feds to step in and help clean up her mess.  Typical..

Law professor goes after Maryland prosecutor for Freddie Gray case

A law professor with a history of taking prosecutors to task has set his sights on the Baltimore state’s attorney, who failed in her bid to put six cops in prison in connection with the racially-charged death of Freddie Gray. George Washington University law professor John Banzhaf has filed complaints against Marilyn Mosby with the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland. He alleges Mosby and two deputies committed ethics violations, used “fraudulent or misleading tactics,” withheld evidence from the defense and brought charges without probable cause against the Baltimore police officers involved in the April 12, 2015 arrest of Gray, who died of injuries suffered inside a police van. “My concern is that this will encourage other prosecutors from other large cities to do the same,” Banzhaf told FoxNews.com. “The line she [Mosby] is giving her supporters is that the case was a success and that she has been victimized in just bringing them up on charges. “I think her supporters, which she depends on to be re-elected, support what she did.” Mosby announced last week all charges against the police officers would be dropped. The bombshell announcement came after three were found not guilty and another’s case declared a mistrial. In the complaint, Banzhaf alleges that Mosby violated state rules of professional conduct for attorneys. He also alleged that Mosby violated rules of conduct with public statements about the case. In addition to being a law professor, Banzhaf is an activist and watchdog when it comes to the actions of those who work in the court of law and public service. During his career, he has filed complaints against Geraldine Ferraro, Barney Frank and former Maryland Gov. Spiro Agnew, who went on to be Richard Nixon’s vice president. He also threatened to file a complaint against former North Carolina prosecutor Mike Nifong, who was disbarred after his conduct in handling the 2006 Duke lacrosse case, in which three members of the school’s men’s lacrosse team were falsely accused of rape. The charges were eventually dropped by Nifong just days after Banzhaf publicly said that he was considering bring forth a lawsuit against the prosecutor for violating the civil rights of the students. The case sparked a national discussion on due process and led to Nifong’s resignation and subsequent disbarment. Banzhaf says that he sees similarities between Nifong’s conduct and Mosby’s, and that her career may see the same fate. “Both of them violated rights of the defendants by not providing exculpatory evidence [to the defense],” he said. “Second, both continued cases long after it was determined who may win.” The law professor says that in some respects, Mosby’s handling of the Freddie Gray trial may have been the more egregious. “When Nifong first brought forth the case it was solid, and as time went on, it was not,” he said. “With Mosby, the moment she filed the case, it was known that it couldn’t be brought forward.” Now that a complaint has been filed, an investigation into the claims will be launched by the state and charges could go forward in 90 days unless it’s determined that the allegations are frivolous. The fallout from the dropped charges in the Freddie Gray case has already sent shockwaves through the State’s Attorney’s office. Veteran prosecutor Lisa Phelps, who was assigned to try two of the cases against the police officers and had objected to their continued prosecution, resigned from her post on Monday according to the Baltimore Sun. “Her refusal to continue with a doomed-to-failure criminal case was apparently the straw that forced Baltimore State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby to finally drop all of the remaining Freddie Gray cop cases,” said Banzhaf, “and her reluctance to continue may have been caused by my threat to seek her disbarment if she did.” Mosby did not immediately return calls for comment. Banzhaf said the State Attorney’s motivations may have been greater than just pursuing justice. “When Nifong filed his case, it was widely suspected that he brought it forth for political purposes,” he said. “In Mosby’s case she virtually said so.”

Marilyn Mosby is a disgusting, self-righteous, agenda-driven, black racist, Democrat who has totally failed the good people of Baltimore.  She should do the honorable thing and step down.  But, since that’s unlikely, she should be removed and disbarred.  Kudos to Professor John Banzhaf for pushing for just that.

Obama Visits Baltimore Mosque: ‘Islam Has Always Been Part of America’

President Obama spoke warmly about Islam during his speech at a mosque today, highlighting the contributions that Muslims had made to the fabric of American society. “Islam has always been part of America,” he said, detailing the beginnings of the religion among African slaves brought to America. He also pointed out that Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Virginia statute for religious freedom that the “Mohammedan” should have his faith protected in the United States. Obama met with Muslim leaders during a visit to the Islamic Society of Baltimore, before delivering a speech there. This is Obama’s first visit to a mosque as president – although George W. Bush also visited a mosque in New York City after the attacks of 9/11. During his speech, he praised the religion for being a religion of peace – not the hate preached by groups like ISIS. “The very word Islam comes from ‘Salam’ – peace,” he said. “The standard greeting is ‘As-Salaam-Alaikum’ – ‘Peace be upon you,’” he explained. “Like so many faiths, Islam is rooted in a commitment to compassion and mercy and justice and charity. “Whoever wants to enter paradise, the prophet Mohammad taught, let him treat people the way he would love to be treated,” he said as the audience applauded. “For Christians like myself, I’m assuming that sounds familiar,” he continued. Obama has frequently defended Muslim Americans – even meeting with leaders at private event at the White House last year. This is the biggest public display of support for the Muslim American community – cited by White House aides as a response to the anti-refugee and anti-Muslim rhetoric on the campaign trail from Republicans like Donald Trump. Obama reminded the audience that political opponents of Thomas Jefferson accused him of being a Muslim. “So I was not the first,” he said lightly as the audience laughed. “It’s true. Look it up. I’m in good company.” Obama pointed out that the founding fathers also supported the religion of Islam. “Jefferson and John Adams had their own copies of the Koran,” he said.

So?  That means nothing, you moron.  I own a copy of, and have read in its entirety, the Koran.  But, I am NO Muslim, nor do I support it.  The fact that some of our founders had a copy of it just means they were classically educated men.  Good for them!  And, no, Islam has NOT “always been a part of America,” Obama.  America was around LONG before the slave trade from Africa started up.  Our country was founded as a Christian nation.  Hello..Pilgrims?  If you’re in the least bit unsure, pick up a copy of the Politically Incorrect Guide to American History by Dr. Thomas E. Woods, Jr.  You can get it on Amazon.com for like $10-15 in paperback.  As for Obama’s whole ankle-grabbing babbling about how “peaceful” Islam is..  Either he is knowingly, lying through his teeth, OR he’s never read the book.  So, he is either a fool or a liar.  I’ll go with option D; all of the above.

Baltimore White Man Savagely Beaten By Group Of Black Teens

A Dundalk man continues to recover after being violently beaten by a group of teenagers. Now a 17-year-old is facing attempted murder charges, a 15-year-old is charged with assault and more arrests are expected. Richard Fletcher is out of the hospital, but he suffered extensive injuries. We want to warn you: some of the video and images you are about to see are very disturbing. Horrifying cell phone video shows a group of teens surrounding 61-year-old Richard Fletcher, kicking and hitting him again and again until he drops to the ground. He suffered broken eye sockets, a broken nose, broken ribs and a brain bleed. “He was brutally attacked,” said Cpl. John Wachter, Baltimore County Police Department. Investigators say Fletcher saw two girls fighting on top of his car. When he went outside to ask them to stop, dozens of teens turned on him. “He wasn’t trying to intervene in their disagreement. He just wanted them to stop fighting and move away from his car,” said Cpl. Wachter. Now 17-year-old Antoine Lawson is charged as an adult with attempted murder. A 15-year-old girl also faces assault charges, and more arrests are expected. Neighbors say the teens go to nearby Baltimore Community High School. “The community in all, we’re really disgusted with the actions of the students,” said Georgia Bartrum, Harbor View Neighborhood Association. Bartrum says the attack is causing fear amongst homeowners. “I had one lady who said she had found them in her vehicle and didn’t realize they were in there–her door was open–and approached them, and she said, ‘They could have done that to me,’” said Bartrum. Flyers are now being put up across the community to try and raise money for Fletcher’s medical expenses. “He’s got a lot of doctors visits,” said Bartrum. “So he’s going to have a long road to recovery.” Now neighbors want more people in the video to face charges. Police say they are actively looking for more suspects and that they do expect more arrests. Multiple fundraisers are now being planned for Fletcher, and more than $7,000 has been raised through a “GoFundMe” page.

As we normally do not do the whole crime blotter thing here at The Daily Buzz, we’re reporting this story to illustrate a couple other points. First of all, please note that nowhere in this story, reported in the local Baltimore CBS affiliate, is the race of the suspects or the victim, mentioned. Of course, you can see them in the videos and the before/after photos of this poor gentleman. So, it’s in our face. Bu, if the racial makeup had been reversed, not only would the racial makeup have been reported, the story would be EVERYWHERE…and it’d be in our face for days, weeks…maybe even months. Furthermore, it would be called a “hate crime.” And, we ALL know it. Jessie Jackson and his monochrome coalition would be marching, Al Sharpton would be there with his “national action network” (and is crew from MSNBC) calling for “justice,” the NAACP would be there…and probably the New Black Panther Party would have “wanted” posters distributed. But.. This story probably won’t go anywhere because it doesn’t fit the racial narrative put out by the dominantly liberal mainstream media, black politicians from Obama on down, and so on. In fact, this story undermines their racial narrative. That’s why we had to find this in a local Baltimore affiliate…again, without the racial makeup even being mentioned. The double standard, and hypocrisy, is truly breathtaking.

Secondly, if ever there was a so-called “hate crime,” this is it. Take a good hard look at the before/after photos of this poor 61 year-old man. Then, take a good hard look at the video of these black thugs and animals beating him within an inch of his life because he had the nerve to ask them to get off his car! These are sub-human, disgusting, pieces of garbage. Hopefully everyone involved will be arrested and charged with assault, attempted murder, and so on. Then, hopefully this poor man will sue the parents of these vermin in civil court….and maybe consider getting a conceal carry firearm.

Baltimore Rally: Burn Down Stores to Get Them ‘Out of Our Communities’

During a large rally in front of Baltimore’s City Hall, a young man introduced as “Brother Rose,” in winding and sometimes incoherent speech, praised the burning of a CVS store at the corner of Pennsylvania and North Avenues. “America didn’t care until we started affecting things they profit from… What we saying, ‘Let’s get you out of our communities.’” He also said, “Without us running (unintelligible) Mondawmin Mall [the site of mass looting on Monday], taking back from the stores that have taken our dollars for how long, and not giving back to the community in any type of way. We made a statement. The world heard us then. They heard that the youth of Baltimore are going to get justice by any means necessary.” He also advocated shutting down restaurants and businesses that were protecting their investments. “If they protected themselves against you, protect yourselves against them. Don’t spend your money there. Don’t give them no reason to be in your neighborhood. Kick them out.” It was unclear how his grand plan would allow neighborhood residents to get desperately needed vital goods and services.

Gee…  Ya think?  A brain trust like this doesn’t even understand where money actually comes from (i.e. jobs)…which in turn pays for things like that stuff you get at the CVS he just helped burn down,,,unimportant things like…food, toilet paper, medicine, ya know.  Stuff like that..  Morons like this have the IQ of, well..  Let’s just say this English major is living the stereotype.  He’s an entitlement-minded, self-righteous, racist, uneducated piece of garbage.  Click on the text above to see some of these photos from this “rally.”

Obama On Baltimore: Republican Congress Won’t Invest in Urban Communities

During his press conference today, President Obama addressed the violence in Baltimore, claiming his political agenda would help solve some of the problems found in impoverished urban communities, such as the one where the violence occurred. “There’s a bunch of my agenda that would make difference right now in that,” he said, calling for more funding for early education, criminal justice reform and job training. Obama criticized members of Congress for blocking his agenda items, but encouraged Americans to do some “soul searching” during his joint press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe this afternoon. “I’m under no illusion that under this Congress we’re going to get massive investments in urban communities,” he said, adding that it was important to work to improve communities anyway. He explained Americans should not “just pay attention to these communities when a CVS burns,” but rather work together to tackle poverty around the nation. “[W]hat I’ve tried to do is promote those ideas that would make a difference, but I think we all understand that politics is tough because it’s easy to ignore those problems or to treat them as a law and order issue as opposed to a broader social issue,” he said. Obama also suggested that the media was once again overplaying the violent protests while ignoring the peaceful ones done by community organizers in the Baltimore community. “One burning building will be looped on television over and over and over again and the thousands of demonstrators who did it the right way, I think, have been lost in the discussion,” he said.

Wow!! Where to even begin with that self-righteous, sanctimonious, self-serving, psychobabble.. As was noted here yesterday at The Daily Buzz.. Baltimore is a DEMOCRAT problem; NOT an American or even a Republican problem. Scroll down about 4 articles or so to read that op/ed and my comments afterwards. The mayor is a black, female, DEMOCRAT (who, as an aside, has shown herself to be utterly worthless in this current crisis…but I digress). The last time that a Republican was mayor of Baltimore was back in 1967; over 45 years ago!! And, that was only for four years. And, that was clearly an anomoly because prior to him, the previous 20 years were all Dems. So, let’s be very clear, Baltimore is, and has been for over 45 years, a city firmly under DEMOCRAT party rule. And, as noted in my comments yesterday.. Not only is the current mayor a Dem, but ALL of the city council members are Dems. ALL OF THEM! Not one single Republican sits on the city council! Furthermore, as we noted yesterday… The race hustlers can’t even play their race card (and note how Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, the NAACP, and on and on haven’t been seen anywhere)..because not only is every politician in the city a DEMOCRAT, but they’re overwhelmingly BLACK Dems. As mentioned earlier, the mayor is a black, female, Dem. AND, 11 of the 14 city council members are black; ALL of them are Dems. In addition, the chief of police is black, and the majority of the cops in the Baltimore PD are black. Pause and let that sink in. Yeah…exactly. So, for Obama to play the “its the Republicans’ fault” card is breathtakingly disingenous, self-righteous, and factually inaccurate. Plus, it shows that he (like most liberal Dems) don’t give a flying rat’s ass about the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. For those who don’t want to Google it, it says, “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.” In other words.. Unless the U.S. Constitution specifically gives the federal government authority in a certain area, it is to be left to the states, or “to the people.” Such things that the Constitution covers include raising monies for the Army and Navy, duties and responsibilities of our federally elected officials like the President and members of Congress, and so on. BUT, nowhere does it talk about funding programs in our inner cities. That is a responsibily of the states or “the people;” NOT our federal government. Again, Baltimore is NOT a Republican problem OR America’s problem, for that matter. Baltimore is a DEMOCRAT problem. And, let’s be honest.. it’s specifically a black Democrat problem. And, as usual, the dominantly liberal mainstream media refuses to do their job and call Obama on such outrageous comments when he makes them.

Opinion: Baltimore Is a Democrat Problem, Not America’s Problem

Contrary to the emotional blackmail some leftists are attempting to peddle, Baltimore is not America’s problem or shame. That failed city is solely and completely a Democrat problem. Like many failed cities, Detroit comes to mind, and every city besieged recently by rioting, Democrats and their union pals have had carte blanche to inflict their ideas and policies on Baltimore since 1967, the last time there was a Republican Mayor. In 2012, after four years of his own failed policies, President Obama won a whopping 87.4% of the Baltimore City vote. Democrats run the city of Baltimore, the unions, the schools, and, yes, the police force. Since 1969, there have only been only been two Republican governors of the State of Maryland. Elijah Cummings has represented Baltimore in the U.S. Congress for more than thirty years. As I write this, despite his objectively disastrous reign, the Democrat-infested mainstream media is treating the Democrat like a local folk hero, not the obvious and glaring failure he really is. Every single member of the Baltimore city council is a Democrat. Liberalism and all the toxic government dependence and cronyism and union corruption and failed schools that comes along with it, has run amok in Baltimore for a half-century, and that is Baltimore’s problem. It is the free people of Baltimore who elect and then re-elect those who institute policies that have so spectacularly failed that once-great city. It is the free people of Baltimore who elected Mayor Room-To-Destroy. You can call the arson and looting and violence we are seeing on our television screens, rioting. That’s one way to describe the chaos. Another way to describe it is Democrat infighting. This is blue-on-blue violence. The thugs using the suspicious death of Freddie Gray (at the hands of a Democrat-led police department) to justify the looting that updates their home entertainment systems, are Democrats protesting Democrat leaders and Democrat policies in a Democrat-run city. Poverty has nothing to do with it. This madness and chaos and anarchy is a Democrat-driven culture that starts at the top with a racially-divisive White House heartbreakingly effective at ginning up hate and violence. Where I currently reside here in Watauga County, North Carolina, the poverty level is 31.3%. Median income is only $34,293. In both of those areas we are much worse off than Baltimore, that has a poverty rate of only 23.8% and a median income of $41,385. Despite all that, we don’t riot here in Watauga County. Thankfully, we have not been poisoned by the same left-wing culture that is rotting Baltimore, and so many other cities like it, from the inside out. We get along remarkably well. We are neighbors. We are people who help out one another. We take pride in our community, and are grateful for what we do have. We are far from perfect, but we work out our many differences in civilized ways. Solutions are our goal, not cronyism, narcissistic victimhood, and the blaming of others. One attitude we don’t have here is the soul-killing belief that somebody owes us something, which, of course, is a recipe for discontent. Because if you’re not getting what’s owed to you, how can you be anything but angry? Democrats and their never-ending grievance campaigns; their never-ending propaganda that government largess is the answer; their never-ending caves to corrupt unions; their never-ending warehousing of innocent children in failed public schools — that’s a Democrat problem, not America’s problem. I might believe Baltimore was an American problem if the city was interested in new ideas and a new direction under new leaders. But we all know that will never happen. After Democrat policies result in despair and anarchy, Democrats always demand more of the same, only bigger. And the media goes right along. And things only get worse. I wish you all the luck in the world Baltimore. And I truly wish you had the courage to change. If you ever do, send up a flare. Until then, there is nothing anyone can do for you. You are victims of your own choices, and no one can make choices for you but you. As far as the good people of Baltimore trapped by the terrible voting of your fellow citizens, I suggest you buy more guns until you can move to a city not run by those who see rioting as part of the Master Plan.

John Nolte is on a roll today! And he’s exactly right here! The only thing I’d add here, which is very salient, is that the city is not only 100% Democrat in it’s politics, and has been for several decades… It’s also predominantly black Democrats from the mayor (Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake), to the Baltimore City Council where at least 11 of the 14 members are black….and, on to the police force. The Chief of Police is black, as well as the majority of the officers on that force are black. It’s a city that is entirely Democrat (and has been for decades). But, it’s also a city that is run almost exclusively by black Democrats! So, the narrative that the dominantly liberal mainstream media tried to spin in Ferguson (that it was a racist police force, etc.), and that CNN and others in that liberal media are trying to use again in Baltimore, is falling flat on its face. Baltimore is an eye-popping example of how liberal Democrat policies have FAILED in a major American city. We could talk about Detroit, Chicago, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and on and on. But, as Baltimore burns, and Obama tells us how it’s “America’s problem,” John Notlie reminds us that no.. It’s a Democrat problem. And, he is exactly right!
