Carrier says it has deal with Trump to keep jobs in Indiana

Air conditioning company Carrier said Tuesday that it had reached an agreement with President-elect Donald Trump that would keep 1,000 jobs in Indianapolis. Trump and Vice President-elect Mike Pence, Indiana’s outgoing governor, planned to travel to the state Thursday to unveil the agreement alongside company officials. Details of the agreement were not immediately available.

What an amazing political coup!  In the grand scheme of things, this a small job victory.  BUT, it shows what can happen when a simple phone call is made.  This is “The Art of the Deal” in action.  The Donald is about to school the political elite on how things can actually get done in D.C….and the man hasn’t even been sworn in yet!  We’ll, of course, be following this story as it develops.  Excellent!!
